Turbulence, the biggest and best jungle, drum and bass and dubstep night in Inverness makes it's first appearance at Nova on Friday the 30th of March.
The Highland Junglists, who are - I am Kojak, Dropz, Silent Assassin and Raboon have been a big part of the scene in the local area in the past few years, most notably playing Belladrum Festival last year and holding regular nights at Cake and the Bothy.
Judging by the word on the street, it's already looking like it's going to be a huge turnout, and it forms part of the revolutionary Underground Music Project - a series of gigs held at Nova covering a range of underground electronic music genres. It is extremely encouraging to see a venue finally seeing the gap in the market and doing something positive for the scene.
